Campaigns
Active improvement campaigns across our projects. Each campaign identifies a specific area for improvement, documents the current state, and proposes a phased remediation plan.
Campaigns are distinct from Architecture Decisions — they describe work to be done, not decisions already made. A campaign may lead to one or more ADRs if the work involves architectural choices.
